  • The client is responsible for providing a water source at each job site. We rely on the client’s water to avoid high transportation costs.

  • Pressure washing utilizes a powerful jet of water to expel any dirt or grime that has built up deep within hard surfaces. Soft washing uses a low pressure mist of chemicals to eat away at organic growth on more delicate surfaces. The determining factor for which method will be used is a combination of many things, including the integrity of the materials and the type of build up.

  • Our technicians follow strict protocol to keep your paint as safe as possible. Despite this, mistakes may happen, and this is why we are fully insured to protect our clients in these cases.

    We do not use high pressure on any house siding, only soft wash, in order to reduce the chances of damaging any of your property. Additionally, the chemicals we use are carefully proportioned in order to ensure your home is protected.

  • Yes, all the chemicals used by our team are biodegradable and proportioned to limit bioaccumulation.

  • Each job is different, and can range from an hour to a day for residential jobs. Commercial jobs may take anywhere from a couple hours to multiple days depending on size and service.

  • Our pricing depends on a number of factors including the number of services requested, degree of cleaning required, and specialty services required (ex. rust spot removal). For this reason, we do all our quotes in-person so we get a full scope of the work! We have a minimum of $150.00 per job.
